The Moyoni is the most innovative housing concept realized within Fumba Town thus far. The houses have been developed based on the knowledge and experience gathered through the completed housing typologies. The clever organization of the Moyoni allows for reduced costs while maintaining a pleasant spatial experience. The floor plans are designed to provide solutions for different generations and cultures.
The structure of the houses mixes sustainable timber and prefab elements with high-quality acoustical composite floors and apartment partition walls. The houses are equipped with solar water heating and electric cookers to further reduce their carbon footprint.
